Program · Mass-retail preparation
Retail Ready Program
Packaging, displays, a buyer deck and compliance guidance, ready for the buyer meeting.
Every request is reviewed personally.
The problem
A good product still has to be retail ready.
Retailers have strict requirements for packaging, displays and paperwork, and a buyer meeting is a hard place to find that out.
- You don't know what the buyer needs.
- You're not sure your packaging will survive a shelf or a shipper.
- You worry that compliance and paperwork could cost you the meeting.
Fit

How it works
How it works
A program is a longer-term project, assigned to a project manager who uses our internal resources and strategic partners to deliver what your proposal sets out. When a project needs outside expertise, such as specialized testing and certification labs, marketing or creative agencies, or logistics and packaging suppliers, we manage those vendors and specialists for you.
Tell us what you need
Share your project and where it stands today. A line or two is plenty.
Initial consultation
If there's a fit, we talk through your goals, constraints, timing and budget, candidly.
Tailored proposal
A proposal scoped to what you need: what we'll do and what it takes.
Dedicated partnership
A project manager and our network of strategic partners carry the work forward with you.
Brands we have built
Real products from companies our founders started.
Cody and Matt built these brands themselves before starting Concept 2 Consumer.

FAQ
Questions, answered plainly
Will this get my product on a shelf?
No. Nobody can promise placement. The program removes avoidable reasons for a no, but the buyer makes the decision.
What does it cost?
Every program is custom-tailored to your product, so we scope it in a proposal after we have reviewed your request. We'll be candid about budget and fit from the first conversation.
What if my product is not ready yet?
We will tell you honestly if it is not a fit yet, rather than take on a project we can't do well, and point you to a better first step.
Do you work with companies as well as inventors?
Yes. We work with entrepreneurs who have a product idea and with companies launching a product outside their core competency.
What happens after I submit?
Every submission is reviewed personally, and we'll be in touch about next steps.
