Contract Manufacturing

Your product made to spec, at a cost you negotiated, by a factory someone is watching.

Request to be considered

Every request is reviewed personally.

The problem

Manufacturing is where good products go wrong quietly.

A vague quote, a tooling mistake or an unchecked production run can cost more than the design did. Someone has to be accountable for all of it.

  • You've got a finished design and no idea how to get it made well.
  • You've received quotes you can't compare and can't trust.
  • You don't want to learn tooling, quality control and compliance the expensive way.

Fit

Who we consider for the Contract Manufacturing program

For production-ready products whose owners want manufacturing managed end to end.

Who this is for

  • You have a final design and need vendors quoted and qualified.
  • Your product needs molds or tooling, and you want that coordinated by someone who's done it.
  • You want unit costs negotiated and quality and compliance overseen on your behalf.

How it works

How it works

A program is a longer-term project, assigned to a project manager who uses our internal resources and strategic partners to deliver what your proposal sets out. When a project needs outside expertise, such as specialized testing and certification labs, marketing or creative agencies, or logistics and packaging suppliers, we manage those vendors and specialists for you.

  1. Tell us what you need

Share your project and where it stands today. A line or two is plenty.

  2. Initial consultation

If there's a fit, we talk through your goals, constraints, timing and budget, candidly.

  3. Tailored proposal

A proposal scoped to what you need: what we'll do and what it takes.

  4. Dedicated partnership

A project manager and our network of strategic partners carry the work forward with you.

FAQ

Questions, answered plainly

Do you own factories?

No. We manage manufacturing on your behalf: quoting and qualifying vendors, coordinating molds and tooling, negotiating unit costs and overseeing quality and compliance. The supplier relationships are yours.

Where is production done?

Wherever suits the product, domestic or overseas. We qualify vendors on capability, quality and terms, not just the lowest quote.

How are quality and compliance handled?

Through agreed standards, inspections at the right points and the testing and certification your product requires. Specialized labs do the testing; we manage them.

How is this different from Sourcing plus Manufacturing Coordination?

Those are the individual services. The program runs them together with tooling coordination and unit-cost negotiation, as one long-term project with one project manager accountable for the result.

What does it cost?

Every program is custom-tailored to your product, so we scope it in a proposal after we have reviewed your request. We'll be candid about budget and fit from the first conversation.

What happens after I submit?

Every request is reviewed personally, and we'll be in touch about next steps.
