Manufacturing Coordination
Production that runs on schedule, with someone watching quality the whole way.
Every request is reviewed personally.
The problem
Approving production is where control is easiest to lose.
Once a factory starts, problems with quality, timing and communication show up fast, and from a distance they're hard to see until it's late.
- You don't have time to chase a factory every day.
- You're worried about what arrives in the first container.
- You've got a launch date and no one managing the path to it.

FAQ
Questions, answered plainly
What does coordination actually involve?
Initiating production with your manufacturers and suppliers, managing quality control, tracking milestones and keeping delivery on schedule. You receive the manufacturing plan and the production timeline with its milestones.
How is quality controlled?
Through agreed standards, inspection at the right points in the run and clear communication with the factory when something isn't right. The details depend on your product and are set out in the plan.
Can you take over a production run already in progress?
Often, yes. Tell us where things stand and we'll be honest about what we can and can't fix mid-run.
Is this the same as Contract Manufacturing?
Manufacturing Coordination manages production of a product you've already sourced. The Contract Manufacturing program covers everything from vendor quoting and tooling to unit costs and compliance, managed as one long-term project.
What does it cost?
Every engagement is scoped to what you need, so we price it in a proposal after we have reviewed your request. We'll be candid about budget and fit from the first conversation.
What happens after I submit?
Every request is reviewed personally, and we'll be in touch about next steps.
