Sourcing

The right factory at the right terms, found and negotiated for you.

Request to be considered

Every request is reviewed personally.

The problem

Finding a supplier is easy. Finding the right one isn't.

Anyone can get a quote. Knowing whether the factory can hold quality, hit dates and honor the agreement is a different skill.

  • You don't know where to start, or you've been burned by a supplier before.
  • Quotes vary wildly and you can't tell which ones are real.
  • You're uncomfortable negotiating with a factory on the other side of the world.

How it works

How it works

Every engagement is scoped to what you need, on its own or combined with other services into one program. When a project needs outside expertise, such as specialized testing and certification labs, marketing or creative agencies, or logistics and packaging suppliers, we manage those vendors and specialists for you.

  1. Tell us what you need

Share your project and where it stands today. A line or two is plenty.

  2. Initial consultation

If there's a fit, we talk through your goals, constraints, timing and budget, candidly.

  3. Tailored proposal

A proposal scoped to what you need: what we'll do and what it takes.

  4. Dedicated partnership

A project manager and our network of strategic partners carry the work forward with you.

FAQ

Questions, answered plainly

Where do you source from?

Wherever makes sense for your product, domestic or overseas. Our founders' experience in global sourcing is part of why Concept 2 Consumer exists, and it shapes how we evaluate suppliers.

Do I own the relationship with the supplier?

Yes. The supplier agreements are yours. We negotiate them for you and hand them over, with a sourcing report that explains who we chose and why.

How do you evaluate a supplier?

Capability, quality, capacity, communication and terms, against what your product actually needs. The lowest quote is rarely the right answer.

What about samples and minimum quantities?

Both are part of the negotiation. We agree your target quantities with you up front and negotiate samples and minimums accordingly.

What does it cost?

Every engagement is scoped to what you need, so we price it in a proposal after we have reviewed your request. We'll be candid about budget and fit from the first conversation.

What happens after I submit?

Every request is reviewed personally, and we'll be in touch about next steps.
