Testing & Certification

Prove your product is safe to sell, with the paperwork to show for it.

Request to be considered

Every request is reviewed personally.

The problem

Retailers and regulators will ask. You need the documents.

Most product categories carry safety, quality or performance standards. Without test results and certificates, listings get rejected and shipments get held.

  • You don't know which standards apply to your product.
  • A retailer or marketplace has asked for certificates you don't have.
  • You're worried a failed test late in the process will derail your launch.

FAQ

Questions, answered plainly

Do you run the tests yourselves?

Testing is done by specialized laboratories. We identify the standards that apply, select the lab, manage the process and deliver the results and certificates to you.

Which certifications will I need?

It depends on the product, the materials, the buyer and the country. Children's products, electronics and anything that touches food or skin have their own rules. Working that out for you is part of the service.

What if the product fails?

The results tell you why. We work with you on the fix, then retest. It's one of the best reasons to test early.

Does certification mean a retailer will accept my product?

No. Certification satisfies the standards that apply; retailers may have requirements beyond them. We can't promise acceptance by any buyer.

What does it cost?

Every engagement is scoped to what you need, so we price it in a proposal after we have reviewed your request. We'll be candid about budget and fit from the first conversation.

What happens after I submit?

Every request is reviewed personally, and we'll be in touch about next steps.
