Post-Launch Performance Review

An honest look at how the launch went, and what to do next.

Request to be considered

Every request is reviewed personally.

The problem

After launch, the lessons are there. Nobody has time to collect them.

The first stretch after release tells you whether the product, the price, the channels and the marketing did what you planned. If you don't look, you'll repeat the mistakes.

  • You set goals before launch and haven't checked them since.
  • Something isn't working and you're not sure whether it's the product, the price or the marketing.
  • You're planning the next product and want to learn from this one.

  1. Tell us what you need

Share your project and where it stands today. A line or two is plenty.

  2. Initial consultation

If there's a fit, we talk through your goals, constraints, timing and budget, candidly.

  3. Tailored proposal

A proposal scoped to what you need: what we'll do and what it takes.

  4. Dedicated partnership

A project manager and our network of strategic partners carry the work forward with you.

FAQ

Questions, answered plainly

When should the review happen?

Once there's enough post-launch data to read: real sales, real customer feedback, real marketing results. We'll help you judge when that is for your product.

What if we didn't set KPIs before launch?

Common. We work with you to define sensible benchmarks from what you were trying to achieve, and measure against those.

Does the review cover the product itself?

Yes. Returns, reviews, defects and customer feedback are part of the data. Findings may feed back into design, packaging or manufacturing.

Will you implement the recommendations?

We can. Each recommendation points to the service that acts on it, and we can scope that work with you.

What does it cost?

Every engagement is scoped to what you need, so we price it in a proposal after we have reviewed your request. We'll be candid about budget and fit from the first conversation.

What happens after I submit?

Every request is reviewed personally, and we'll be in touch about next steps.
