Sales Strategy
A plan for who buys, where, and why they'll choose you.
Every request is reviewed personally.
The problem
Effort without a plan is just activity.
Pitching every retailer, listing on every marketplace and chasing every lead feels productive. It usually isn't.
- You're not sure which channels are worth your time: retail, online, wholesale, direct.
- You can't put your value proposition in a sentence a buyer would repeat.
- Your sales efforts don't line up with what the research says about your market.

FAQ
Questions, answered plainly
Is this a marketing plan?
It's a sales plan: channels, segments, value propositions and the roadmap to reach them. Marketing Management runs campaigns; Sales Strategy decides where and to whom you sell. They're designed to work together.
Do you help with retail buyers?
The strategy identifies whether retail is a channel for you and how to approach it. Preparing the product itself for retail buyers is the Retail Ready Program.
What if I've already been selling?
Then you have data, and the strategy is better for it. Many clients come to us after a first stretch of selling without a plan.
Will you sell for us?
No. We build the strategy and the roadmap; your team, or the partners the strategy identifies, carry out the selling.
What does it cost?
Every engagement is scoped to what you need, so we price it in a proposal after we have reviewed your request. We'll be candid about budget and fit from the first conversation.
What happens after I submit?
Every request is reviewed personally, and we'll be in touch about next steps.
